After receiving some shocking news from the hospital I was feeling anxious with regards to further tests and not understanding what the problem is. After telephoning the practice I was given an appointment with Dr Mitchell that evening. Super Dr that listened and put me at ease with a plan going forward. All I can say is thank you.

Booked a call-back on line, was called at the appointed time and discussed my problem with Dr Mitchell. She gave a provisional diagnosis and arranged for me to send a picture for confirmation. Later I received confirmation of the initial diagnosis with a recommendation. No need of a visit to the surgery. This was a good example of efficient use of both the doctor’s and my time. It was also completely appropriate for the condition I was concerned about.
